HOW IT WORKS:

 

Upon opening the template, you'll find four tabs – Instructions, Database, Summary, and Stage 1. Follow the detailed instructions in the Instructions tab to harness the template's full potential. Populate the database with over a million rows of materials and labor, then navigate to the Summary tab to execute key commands. Utilize Stage 1 and subsequent sheets to estimate costs for each project phase, with the flexibility to create as many phases as needed.

 

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Compatible with Excel 2007 and newer versions on Windows computers, as well as Excel for MAC 2016 and later. Note that after the Excel for MAC update 16.72, the initial instance of the Word document generated for the report may appear empty. Simply click "Report" again to resolve this issue.

 

MACRO ENABLEMENT:

 

Ensure macros are enabled in Excel to unleash the template's full functionality.
